dr. András László

Dr. András László earned his degree from ELTE–Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law. While building his successful career as a lawyer, he also worked for the Ministry of Foreign Trade, the Ministry of Finance, the National Planning Office and in the private sector as well. András is an expert in the field of corporate reorganization and has invaluable knowledge in the area of corporate takeovers. Co-founder of the law office, he has been an attorney at law since 1998 and is an active member of the First Lion’s Club in Budapest.

• Companies: founding, modification and termination of companies, adjustment of registered capital, voluntary liquidation, transformations, such as mergers, spin-offs, etc., property- claims settlement proceedings, commercial law, securities, construction works and investments;

• Taxation: legal representation before the National Tax Authority (NAV) and in court proceedings;
• Public procurement: legal counselling and legal representation before the Public- Procurement Arbitration Board (KDB) and before the court;
• Contracts: drafting and construction of contracts, such as sale and purchase agreements, donations and assignments, as well as legal counselling, contract-infringement claims and escrow;
• Legal representation: full representation of the client before the court in civil, employment, corporate and administrative law cases, through out-of-court settlement, as well as before other federal authorities in cases such as orders for payment or performance, expropriation or licenses, filing of constitutional complaints with the Constitutional Court of Hungary, or proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights;
